made a reservation on 4/6 for 4/7 move between 1-5 called to check on eta at 1:45 on the 7th someone that starving students hired called back asked a bunch of unnecessary questions then asked if i had to move today i told him yes at 330 he called and said he could not do the move ive called and called starving students for my refund and have been given the run around its now been two weeks everytime i call the young lady answering the phone is rude and not helpfull at all and it seems no matter what number i push or call she answers the phone she knows my voice now and puts me in a phone loop
